 DIVERGENCES is a multinational, multilingual and libertarian review. It appears on the Internet every two months. It intends to offer some guiding lights beyond the mainstream media frame of reference. Its editors and contributors are concerned with all aspects of the world as it is today, including political, economic, strategic, scientific, intellectual, ecologic or artistic issues.
